Your use of Jelly Girl is subject to these Terms of Service. When you obtain the App from the Google Play Store and use it, a binding legal agreement is created between you and us. By installing, opening, or otherwise interacting with the App, you are deemed to have read, understood, and accepted every provision below. If acceptance is not intended, uninstall the App and stop all use immediately.
We give you a personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license. Under this license, Jelly Girl may be used for lawful, non-commercial entertainment on mobile devices that you own or control. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, modify, create derivative works from, redistribute, sublicense, or commercially exploit any part of the game, including its source code, graphics, audio, and proprietary systems, unless applicable law permits it or we give prior written consent.
The normal operation of the game must not be interrupted, damaged, or undermined. This prohibition covers exploiting bugs, using unauthorized cheat tools or modifications, altering local game data, running automated scripts or macros, and attempting to circumvent the App’s technical protection measures. No chat, social messaging, or player-to-player communication features are offered by Jelly Girl.
Jelly Girl—including its code, visuals, sound effects, level designs, animations, trademarks, and other proprietary assets—is owned solely by our development team and its licensors. All rights, title, and interest remain with them. No ownership interest is transferred to you by these Terms. Unauthorized use or exploitation of the game’s intellectual property is prohibited.
The “cash win” label and similar reward indicators are decorative only; they represent in-game progress or achievements. Real-money wagering, gambling, cash payouts, cryptocurrency transfers, and any form of monetary redemption are not offered or participated in by Jelly Girl. Virtual items and rewards have no real-world value and cannot be exchanged outside the game for money, goods, or services.
Jelly Girl is provided “as is” and “as available.” No warranty—express, implied, or statutory—is made by us. We do not claim that operation will be error-free, uninterrupted, or compatible with every device model, operating-system version, or external component. Performance may be affected by device hardware, system updates, network conditions, and other external factors beyond our control.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, liability for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages is disclaimed by us. This includes, without limitation, data loss, lost game progress, reduced device performance, or other harm arising from use of, or inability to use, the App. Progress and save data are stored locally on your device. Remote backups are not maintained by us, and we are not responsible for progress lost through app deletion, device factory resets, or similar events.
Updates, patches, or modifications to the game—including additions, removals, or changes to features, content, or functionality—may be released at our sole discretion, with or without notice. These Terms of Service may also be revised from time to time. The revised version will be posted at mxfurel.com/terms.html with a new effective date. Continued use of the App after that posting indicates acceptance of the revised terms.
These Terms and their interpretation are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which our development entity is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. If any provision is held invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
