It outlines which categories of information may be involved, the reasons data may be processed, and the parties that may receive data when the App is installed and used.
By installing, launching, or otherwise using Jelly Girl, you confirm that you have reviewed and accepted this Privacy Notice. If you disagree with any part of it, please remove the App from your device and stop using it immediately.
Using the App’s core features does not require an account, an email address, or any other directly identifying information from you. Save data and game progress are stored locally on your device. Personal identifiers are not transmitted by us to our servers. Access to contacts, GPS location, camera, microphone, or personal storage is not intentionally performed unless system-level permission has been granted by you.
Third-party software development kits (SDKs) are embedded in Jelly Girl for advertising, crash diagnostics, and performance measurement. These SDKs may allow external providers to collect technical, non-identifying information on their own, including advertising identifiers, device model, operating system version, crash logs, and aggregated usage data. The providers’ own privacy policies govern such processing; we do not directly control it.
The App also contains ad networks, Google Play services, and similar components. Reviewing their respective privacy policies is recommended if you wish to understand their collection and use practices fully.
No central database containing your personal information is maintained by us. If you want technical data held by third-party SDKs to be accessed, corrected, or deleted, please direct your request to those providers. Ad-related tracking can also be limited or disabled through the privacy and advertising controls on your mobile device.
Jelly Girl is intended for a general audience, not specifically for children. Personal information from minors is not knowingly collected by us. If you believe a child’s data has been provided to us by mistake, email [email protected]; deletion steps will be taken as applicable law requires.
Commercially reasonable safeguards are employed to lower the risk of unauthorized access or misuse affecting the App and its environment. Even so, electronic storage and internet transmission cannot be made entirely secure, and absolute protection against every possible threat cannot be guaranteed by us.
